They don't have a self checkout for people who have prepaid labels who just need to drop off. They let the difficult/delayed customer issue hold up the entire line, instead of asking them two step aside while they troubleshoot the problem, and let another cashier move on with checking people out instead of letting the line build and build. This was incredibly inefficient, frustrating, stressful for both the customer and the cashiers. I stood in line for a very long time on my own time but doing something for my company so I'm extra frustrated.

The ladies are so friendly and awesome! I’ve been coming here for years and never had any complaints with the workers or service provided by them. Prices are fair and their self checkout is amazing. 10/10 I will be keep coming back!

Mr Robert loves to lecture you about every little thing. He loves to make a mountain out of a molehill. I feel like everytime I come in I need to do something more correct according to him. I need to use my Amazon app instead of opening my email which is literally the same code. I need to turn up my brightness even though he scanned my phone fine. Even if everything went smoothly. I told him no receipt please to help with the environment. Nope he scolded me and forced me to take the receipt. Robert I don’t know if you hate your job or love it that much brother!

First they complained about the box I used to return the item, so I left and got a new box with no problem nor complaints. Then when I came back they complained about having to put "extra tape" on my box and charging $10 because of how much space was in the box. Which I can tape it myself but its the simple fact of them not wanting to be accommodating at all. I usually go by my house and NEVER have issues, but this location was closer to me with everything I had to do today. Won't be back

I had a glass, framed,signed print packed and sent from Oklahoma City to Florida. The customer service person was extremely helpful. The package arrived safely and all in one piece with no damage. The receiver even commented on how well it was packed. I appreciate this kind of excellent service!
