Thank you John for your kindness this morning! I was the only car outside and he saw me trying to get a baby and my package out of the vehicle and he came outside and offered to carry the package in so I could get my baby. He said next time I could call the store and he would come to me so I didnt have to get the baby out. What a great representation of the company. This is the only ups I have used for years. I find the other locations to not be as nice and fast as this one. I drive past another ups to use this one specifically. Again thank you so much John!

Needed some copies and color prints. John was super helpful in helping me print and get exactly what I needed. I didn’t have a device and everything was on my GoogleDrive. John was super helpful and patient making sure I got exactly what I needed and that everything was stapled perfectly. Every customer that came in while I was there, John helped them find a solution if needed. Great customer service.

This UPS store is always friendly, patient and will find a solution for all of your needs! This morning the manager, John, was patient with me while I was figuring out my shipment. He was able to help others so I didn’t hold up the line. This is my go to UPS store. Thanks John! :)

I have now been to the store twice and I’ve been lied to twice by the middle-aged men who always work there. This time they said that they do not do passport photos when their signage, their website, and (Google) all say they do. Furthermore, I saw a passport photo camera and a backdrop for doing said passport photos. I get it that they don’t want to do a passport photo, so my advice is to change the signage. Don’t advertise passport photos are available. In the meantime, as long as they’re advertising that they do, they are lying to customers. Also THANK YOU for making me feel like a complete idiot for even asking because that was their attitude. How dare I even ask for something that they advertise? Clearly, I’m in the wrong.

They KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!. Courteous, very helpful, knowledgeable. I use them for returning items bought through Amazon. They make it very easy to do this. Thanks, everyone. appreciate it very much.
