Tiffany was absolutely incredible from start to finish! She was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire trade-in process of what i need to do to get the trade in to t-mobile safely! She took the time to answer every question I had, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident with each step. What could have been a stressful experience turned into one that was smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable because of her guidance and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to ensure my trade-in was handled safely and securely, and I truly felt like she had my best interests in mind. Tiffany’s outstanding customer service, expertise, and kindness made all the difference. She is a true asset to the team, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tiffany darling you rock! Completely perfect experience. Bravo for your patience with helping me navigate my OWN PHONE lol you were so kind helping me cancel the Amazon packages online since I boxed them incorrectly. Even when other customers came in and I was going to leave and come back tomorrow, you gently stopped me, said ma'am let's get it done while you're here. And kudos to your co- workers, the vibe was very welcoming and inviting. I was able to get the boxes shipped and I will forever be a fan of you Miss. I'm inspired to show my co-workers kindness.

I want to recognize Robert @ Store 2653 I had a TikTok return and it was very difficult to put it lightly. Robert had his coat 🧥 on getting ready to leave, he put his stuff down and helped me it took over 30 minutes. The attitude he had was amazing. I drive out my way to go that way. Knowledgeable and instructive staff. Long lines but quickly and efficiently processed. The parking is rather limited. Good hours. Perfect for free Amazon returns.

I went into this location to have a few packages sent. When I walked in I was greeted by everyone. Unfortunately their internet was down at the time. Most other places would have turned people away. This store did everything they could to get my packages out. Josh was the one who worked with me and not only got creative to get everything sent he also explained everything in detail. I cant say enough nice things about this store.
