J is great. Very polite, great customer service & very attentive. I had a brief conversation with him and found him to be very knowledgeable of the business. Very pleased to have met him. Will be using them moving forward.

always putting my packages on my steps as a display! Stop doing that! there’s a full porch to use and outta view!

This location does not accept packages for delivery. It's a shipping distribution hub.

UPS can't suck enough. Use any other shipping company. Customer service is non existent. And you get passed from one to the next rep. All to never find out anything more. than you can already see online yourself. Very frustrating, and a waste of time and money. There was a time not too long ago. Competent people actually worked those stores. Then they retired or died. Use USPS, or frankly any other service. Not to mention, when you do finally get your package. It looks like it's been used as a regulation soccer ball. They have been a running joke for a long time. And some things will never change I guess. Sad what society has fallen to and the way people are forced to deal with being treated for the prices were charged.

Bug a year ago

In case you didn't know, the customer service drop off and pick up is permanently closed. We did not now this until late in the day. Ended up having to take packages up to 50th and May UPS store to still be able to ship Next Day Air packages.
