UPS Access Point location

Closed at 11:20pm when its advertised as open till midnight. I had a UPS package that needed to be postmarked on this date or I would have to pay the return shipping. This store being closed cost me the shipping. Very bad business and very unprofessional. How many lost customers over issues such as these. Small issues until there aren't any customers left willing to trust you and your door close.

I just got off the phone with 'Jeff' (I think, sorry!) And it's a little after Midnight, turns out I am going to drop my UPS pkg at a different locale closer to my neighborhood (his referral sure will save me a whole heck of alot of driving-so grateful) . Even with knowing I wouldn't even end up coming to his store specifically, he was studious,polite,knowledgeable, and genuine. Very refreshing unfortunately these days pleasantness is too rare these days. Thanks for all your help Jeff answering phone, you should be supervisor if you're not already! Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏

Dropped off a phone trade in to ship back. It never made it to the destination and nobody can track it. So I'm out $800. Thanks.

I'm looking forward to picking up my package. would have had it delivered straight to my apartment but I was afraid that it could get stolen.
