I don't understand why drivers lie and say they've delivered items when I've got cameras recording the door to prove otherwise. Also, is it necessary to throw boxes to the ground and kick them up to the door. What's the point of using the service if the workers are so angry. Liars and possibly thieves. I'm disgusted

I want to give a shout out to Tanya (sorry if the spelling is wrong). She went above and beyond to help me locate my package that was "lost". Looking around the warehouse, in the system and even going as far as calling a driver. My package was delivered that day despite some technical difficulties.

I never had a problem with this ups they are all about the customers they put them first before anything else in it I write them five stars I would give them more if I could thank you ups and especially to Tonya

Horrible, I paid for 2 day shipping supposed to be delivered on a Friday and they are not delivering it till Tuesday. The package arrived at this facility on Thursday night.

Incompetent Delivery and Nonexistent Customer Service I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with UPS has been nothing short of infuriating. Two of our packages were delivered to the WRONG address, including one that was a signature-required package containing alcohol. How does that even happen? To make matters worse, the packages were just dumped on some random doorstep with no proof of delivery—no photo, nothing. When I reached out to customer service, I expected at least an attempt to make things right. Instead, I got a whole lot of nothing. They were completely unhelpful, showing zero effort to locate the missing packages or offer any form of refund. I felt like they just wanted to wash their hands of the whole situation. If UPS can’t handle basic delivery and their customer service refuses to take responsibility, why should anyone trust them? Absolutely unacceptable. I will be avoiding UPS in the future and urging others to do the same.
