Amazon return was easy. They charged me $1.20 for printing the label since I brought the original box. There was a long line and it moved fast!

This is easily one of the best UPS locations I’ve ever been to. The biggest thing that stands out is the people. The employees are consistently friendly, approachable, and actually seem like they want to help, which makes a huge difference compared to a lot of other shipping places. Even when they’re busy and there’s a line out the door, things move fast. You’re never standing around forever wondering what’s going on. They’re efficient, organized, and do a good job keeping everything flowing without making customers feel rushed or stressed. I’ve been in here multiple times for different things, and the service has been solid every single time. Whether it’s shipping packages, drop-offs, or quick questions, they’re always professional and helpful. Overall, it’s just a really reliable location. Fast service, friendly staff, and no unnecessary hassle. If you have a choice of UPS locations, this one is definitely worth going to.

Bad service only location that I always get additional charges even tho weight and measurements are correct and only after disputing do I get funds back! If you ship alot for your business give your money to another location here they find excuses not to get things done 🚮

The staff here are incredibly efficient, fast, and genuinely kind. They go out of their way to be helpful, and the experience is far better than the newer location across from Viridian. If you want to be treated with well and efficiently. I highly recommend this place.

Anytime I've used UPS store, the associates are always friendly, trained in all areas, and I never have to wait long. Great job on making sure you're associates have the tools and knowledge they need to get the job done right to make things successful and stress free. The employees at this store are younger and I'm impressed with their behavior and work ethics. Always respectful, doing their job, never see them standing around, or on their phones. Great job!!
