I'll keep this short and sweet. The store is new and the staff are all really great. It's an awesome place to ship tut boxes. They have everything you need. They can get you in and out. And while I was waiting for a ride, the staff caringly gave me a cold water because it's so dang hot outside. What a lovely bunch! I can't rave enough about this place 🥰

I've been into this store many times and its the best UPS Store I've ever been to. It's super clean, organized, and the employees always have a good atmosphere vibe about them. Keturah and Daniel were so helpful and understanding when I kept mis-explaining my "project". I wish all the UPS stores could achieve the atmosphere this group of employees achieve regularly. 1000% recommend.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would’ve BEEN did it. ⭐️✨ Came in last minute on a day that was lowkey trying me 😅 (I just trusted the process annd glad I did) and babyyyy… this team did NOT play about me. Even with technical issues, they stayed transparent, kept it real, and still made sure I walked out with something for my event. And let’s be clear… that kind of care? That’s high value service. 👏🏽 They didn’t just try to take my money, they made sure I was straight. Helping other customers, keeping the vibe light, cracking jokes, and still handling business with excellence. I’m big on presentation as a business owner, and they understood the assignment. My sign came out so good and people LOVED it! First time here, but definitely not my last. If you want people who actually care about your outcome, not just your order… THIS is the spot. 💼✨

Love this store! It’s never busy, very clean and super friendly staff. Tyler helped me today when I accidentally messed up my Amazon return. He was so patient, kind and helpful. Best UPS store I’ve ever used. Highly recommend it!

The UPS store in Arlington! Elijah, Natania, and Keturah were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made everything so quick and easy. I’m so happy this location opened much closer to my house — no more long drives to Bedford! Their great service truly made my day. Highly recommend!
