Be careful checking package weights at this UPS Store on Little Road. I was given a receipt showing my package weighed 26 pounds, but when another clerk reweighed it, the actual weight was only 8.33 pounds. Always double-check your receipt before leaving. I had previously weight my box at home before coming.

This is one of the best UPS stores in the Metro Plex. Always service with a smile and great customer service and support. Even with long lines service is always quick. I have been using this location for years and will continue to use it as long as I am in the area because of the full service it provides. Never have to be concerned about stolen packages.

This is the rudest group of people working a job I’ve ever encountered. Every single time I go in I get horrible attitude from the main woman always there. The other employees are rarely of any help. UPS should seriously consider a training course in providing decent customer service.

This is definitely the store to go to if you need anything shipped or returned. Everyone in there is very professional and so helpful. I would recommend this location every time!!

I love this location because it has a self check out for Amazon returns. The people are also very nice and, if you do have to wait in line, it typically moves pretty quickly.
