Just had the smoothest, quickest experience at the UPS Store right off Bardin just now. Headed here to return my DJI drone for a service repair, and all I had was the shipping label sent by the manufacturer. As soon as I walked in, Jessica flagged me over to the check-in desk and helped me. I just had the shipping label (no box) so wasn’t sure if that was included. But like a pro, she scanned it, checked out the equipment, and said she’ll handle — she knows what to do from there. Jessica printed off my Drop-Off Package Receipt and just like *that* I was out of there — totally professional and the service speed is out of this world. Kudos to the UPS team here. I know it was crazy busy, but the store was fully staffed to handle the rush. And despite working hard, they still managed to be very welcoming and nice. Overall, 5-stars! Will definitely be back soon thanks to Jessica🏆

Had a great experience going to this UPS today. For some reason my phone was acting up & I couldn’t send an email of a shipping label to the UPS email. Ended up being there for around 20-30 minutes but the worker was being extremely patient with me the whole time. Even when the store was pact he still took the time to check if the email sent every single time. I didn’t get his name but whoever you are thank you so much, was really stressed out at the moment but you made it go smoothly.

I would like to extend my sincere acknowledgment to Mykel and Jorge for their outstanding professionalism and friendliness. The staff overall was courteous, attentive, and eager to assist. Thank you for resolving yet another UPS store issue that could have been avoided if proper procedures had been followed from the start. ❣️🖤

4 months ago, I went to make a return, and the experience was great. The staff were super nice, helpful, welcoming, and they handled my return quickly and efficiently. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend this location! Edit: okay now I see what the comments are talking about. I went in again this week and staff ignored me for a good 5 minutes, this was completely different staff from the last time I went.

Jorge your customer service sucked today! I would had rather spoke with someone else. I come here usually to ship my packages and still plan to do so but will not want your help at all. If you could've taken 45 seconds to listen instead of talking you could have helped me, and I would have realized my package was delivered by USPS and not UPS. Your driver today Mike Smith was loading his truck and took the time to let me know that my delivery number would have been a 1Z and that's when he showed me on my phone that it was sent by the USPS service because it was sent to my PO BOX. "Mr. Mike Smith" you were very busy not not too busy to help me and for that I'm grateful!!!l You sir scored 10000% I was literally about to have a meltdown because of how Jorge spoke to me... like I was a child. It only take seconds to be kind. I hope you okay with me sharing your picture Mr. Mike Smith
