I went to this location because I was told I could send off a FedEx package. The woman that was behind the desk seemed very irritated, unapproachable and she was on her phone. Very poor customer service. She act as if she didn't want to be bothered. As if why are you in my store. I left because she said she couldn't print out anything that day. I said thank you she just went back to her conversation on the phone as she turned her back towards me. Never ever will I go in that place again. Not to mention it was dirty and very stuffy and dust on everything.

Fast and easy to get into. Very polite. People scan our packages and help us send a package for UPS.

Horrible place horrible customer service - said they’re open and to no one’s surprise they weren’t. Can’t even trust my package gets shipped

I seriously don’t know how this place still has their doors open. The woman that works there is ALWAYS on her phone. One of the last times I dealt with them was when I needed to overnight a prepaid legal document. I thought, being that they are an authorized agent for FedEx and UPS, they surely would have materials. Well she barely looked up at me to say they don’t carry FedEx envelopes. I walked out and went to FedEx on Copeland. I asked “hey are authorized agents supposed to have materials to ship like envelopes”, I was told they should. Then another day I went to pick up a Nespresso package (Nespresso has them as an authorized pick-up location) I walked in, told her I was there to pick up my package. She looks up from her phone to tell me she doesn’t have the package. I said “it’s right there” and pointed at it. She was soooooo bothered by me spotting it on the shelf. Both those experiences still hadn’t deterred me from trying to do business with them until last week. I placed another order for pick up from Nespresso. Well Ms. Ma’am refused to accept my package and UPS was forced to sent it back to the shipper. If they aren’t going to accept packages, why “offer” the service? When I came to leave this review, I noticed all the other reviews. Yup, they completely check out.

Anna was extremely rude on her phone while I was trying to speak to her I explained I hadn't ever shipped before she cut me off and said she doesn't take spectrum I need to go somewhere else. I also had a box I needed to ship so I explained I needed something else also and she rolled her eyes got up came over. I had a small box and needed to ship it to someone who left their purse at the Airbnb I clean (didn't tell her it was a purse in there) weighed 4 pounds and told me it was 136 to ship and asked the information I gave her the address she cut me off said she needs a name or we can't ship. I asked for a second while I found out. Got back on her phone and told me she can't help me unless I have a name. I asked her for her name she didn't want to give it to me and laughed when telling me Anna. Well Anna I really hope you have a better day than being rude for no reason. Too early for all that nonsense.
