I was visiting Austin on a work trip and bought some framed art while I was there. I used the pack and ship service offered by this location and was pleased with the results. Pictures were packed very well and arrived safely and quickly.

Used them for an appostille for my son’s birth certificate. I don’t know if they or the sec of state lost the birth certificate but I received the apostille with what looks like a typed birth record with none of the details of the long form birth certificate I sent. I know what I mailed because I left the city of dallas records office with 2 long form certified birth certificates. One, which was mailed the same day to this ups store. I’m so upset and needed it for my son’s visa. So much money spent and lost now. Beyond upset.

I went to UPS hoping to get my documents notarized for a college application. I was on a tight deadline, had limited resources, and was running around in the blazing Austin heat. completely new to the whole notarization process. Because of that, I ended up missing some important steps in my paperwork, which I didn’t realize until I reached the Secretary of State’s office. After a long wait in line, I was told the documents weren't done correctly, and I was honestly overwhelmed and exhausted. Desperate to fix things quickly, I rushed back out and made my way to UPS. One of the employees there kindly looked over my documents. It was clear right away that my diploma was tough to work with it already had writing on it, and correcting it wasn’t easy. But she went above and beyond, carefully helping to cover the mistakes and completing the notarization with so much care and compassion. That small gesture truly saved my day. Because of her, I was able to submit everything just in time and yes, I got accepted into college! I’m beyond grateful for the kindness and support I received. Choosing UPS for this service made a huge difference. Thank you all so much for being part of my journey!

Use mail fwding. They have sent me mail that does not belong to me multiple times. In October I received two more. FOUR emails requesting disposition instructions to the store unanswered. Store emailed my about renewing mailbox and service. Replied in early October reminding them they have my CC info on file. NO REPLY. Now, I received a bill for renewal, a larger mailbox, and a LATE FEE. simply because THEY REFUSE TO REPLY TO EMAIL.
