This review is long overdue. I’ve been going into the UPS store for over a year now and every time I go in I count it an absolute pleasure to interact with Jessica. All the reviews about her being the best are true! I drop off packages a few times a week and I look forward to going in and seeing the crew. They’re all really nice but I wanted to take the time to write this one today because of Jessica’s assistance. She always is upbeat and personable and will go above and beyond to help you. I really admire her work ethic and professionalism. In a way this review is more of an appreciation post that I hope she sees. I left the store today after she helped me out and was thinking to myself I need to write a review haha it’s time. Your the best Jessica thank you for the help over the years. -Austin

I visited UPS and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service I received from an employee named Jessica. She completely turned my day around! Employees like Jessica truly transform the reputation of an establishment—she is a woman full of peace and attentiveness. May God continue to bless you all! 🥰🙌

Jessica was absolutely amazing. She was handling a line of about six people all on her own, and still managed to be incredibly attentive and kind. She noticed me coming in with large boxes and quickly opened the door for me, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she works fast and keeps everything moving smoothly without losing her friendly attitude. Her level of service truly stands out. Kudos to the store for hiring people like Jessica!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Jessica! She went above and beyond helping me with multiple services all in one visit. I came in needing documents printed, packages prepared for shipping, paperwork organized, and notary services completed, and she handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. Jessica made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and smooth. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure all of my documents were correct, and walked me through each step so nothing was missed. Her attention to detail and willingness to help truly stood out. Customer service like this is rare. Jessica was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Because of her, I will absolutely return for future printing, shipping, and notary needs. Highly recommend this location and especially Jessica for outstanding service!
