Best UPS experience I’ve ever had! Thanks to the 2 people working on June 11th. The staff was so pleasant and helpful, and the store was clean and smelled really good too.

Santi is a great worker and shipper - always helpful. I come here from the neighborhood on a monthly if not weekly basis and I’m always greeted with a good mood and great service. Grateful for Santi and the team.

READ BEFORE YOU RENEW I have maintained a mailbox at this UPS Store location for 15 years and, until recently, have had a positive experience. We use this mailbox for business purposes and consistently pick up packages promptly after receiving notifications. Over the years, we have not had any issues. In the past few years, this location transitioned to corporate ownership. Unfortunately, I was not made clearly aware of several policy and pricing changes that appear to have accompanied that transition. When I recently received my renewal notice, I renewed as I always have, without hesitation. It was only after reviewing my receipt at home that I realized the annual fee had increased by over $300. On February 17, 2026, I visited the store to check my mailbox and discovered I had several packages I was unaware of. When signing for them, I was informed there was a $2 per package charge for items held longer than six days. When I asked about these new charges and other policy changes—including limits on the number of delivery packages allowed per month and holding fees—I was told the changes would go into effect at the beginning of March. This left me confused as to why updated pricing and fees were already being applied prior to that date. I requested additional details regarding the new business standards; however, employees expressed hesitation in providing specifics out of concern the information might be incorrect. Additionally, when I asked about the timeline for providing notice of non-renewal next year, I was told there is no clear guidance available. At this time, I am not aware of any other changes, but it seems I may discover them as they arise. While I acknowledge that I could have requested renewal documentation before completing my payment, clearer communication and transparency regarding significant price increases and policy updates would be greatly appreciated—particularly for long-term customers. I hope management will consider implementing more proactive notification and providing detailed written information about policy and pricing changes moving forward.

Santi and Mariam at the south lamar location were sooooo helpful! I had an issue returning my trampoline due to the issuer not wanting to pay for my labels. And the staff allowed me to leave my packages there all week so I didn’t have to lug my boxes back and forth while I figured out my labels. Once I got my labels it turned out they issued them to FedEx lol. So the staff even helped me take the boxes to my car. And gave my son a spiderman sticker to top it off. Most helpful and considerate guys ever! Thank you so so much!!!!!

I waited over 10 minutes this morning while the service agent had an extended personal conversation with the customer at the counter—asking about their family and children—while a line of people formed behind me trying to drop off packages before work around 9:50am. When I politely asked if we could move things along, I was told I was being unreasonable and was spoken to rudely. I even apologized, explaining that I was simply trying to drop off my package quickly so I could get to work and that I was being mindful of the people waiting behind me. Instead of helping de-escalate the situation, the manager instructed the service agent not to speak to me further. He also said that he's helped me before and I'm "not the most vocal" as if that is a bad thing - extremely rude comment for a manager to make when his service agent has already held up the line by having full blown conversations. Now this is not personal at all, this is a UPS store where people are trying to get things done and go about their day. I am always thanking the people at this UPS store for their help - again all recorded on camera. Why am I being told "I'm not the most vocal" like that's a bad thing? I felt incredibly shamed especially as I had just apologized saying "Sorry, I only asked you to move it along because people are trying to get to work this morning." As I was leaving, the customer who had been at the counter physically hit me on the shoulder on (on purpose) my way out and yelled “I hope you have a horrible day!” The incident was caught on camera, and I am filing a report. The manager did nothing in response to this. I felt horrible. To be fair, I have had positive experiences at this location before and most employees are generally kind. However, this morning’s experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and awareness of customers’ time—especially during busy morning hours when many people are trying to get to work. Customer service should balance friendliness with efficiency and basic respect for everyone waiting in line. I will be reporting this to the police and UPS central. They will be extracting the video - if the UPS location deletes that video, this review serves as evidence as what happened this morning is unacceptable.
