I’m not usually the type to leave reviews for a UPS store, but this location has earned it. Every time I come in and Oscar and Kayla are working together, the energy is just different in the best way. They’re consistently warm, upbeat, and polite, and they move fast without ever making you feel rushed. As far as “post office” type errands go, this is about as good as it gets. They pay attention, they get things done right the first time, and they somehow make a boring chore feel easy. It’s an A+ effort every visit, and I actually go out of my way now to use this specific UPS Store.

I had a complicated printing and shipping order at this UPS Store, and while there were a few hiccups along the way, the way the team handled everything truly impressed me. The associate who originally helped me was incredibly friendly, positive, and eager to help with a very detailed order. I later realized she was new and this was likely her first complicated project of this kind. Unfortunately, some details were missed during a shift change, and when I returned Friday evening my order was incomplete and a bit disorganized. What stood out to me was how the team stepped up from there. Shannon, Oscar, and Aedon were all extremely patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented. Oscar immediately understood the tight timeline I was working under, Shannon worked hard over the weekend to make sure everything was completed correctly and on time, and Aedon continued to provide excellent customer service when I returned Sunday to finalize shipping. It was honestly refreshing to see a neighborhood UPS Store willing to take on the pressure with me instead of passing the problem along. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but great customer service is how a business responds — and this team absolutely delivered. Thank you all again!

Wow! Aiden and the other employees are the BEST! Have been there a couple of times and so has our family member. Consistent, diligent, caring, thoughtful care to make sure things are mailed right and over the top personal skills! Thank you for such an incredible team!! Their team helps each other as well and they are so efficient! Incredible team work modeled and utmost encouragement and attention to detail as well as they think outside the box!! They move through the lines quickly which is remarkable. Thank you!! 🌹

Kayla and Aedon were very helpful, kind and friendly.. I came in on a busy Saturday afternoon , treated me like I was the only person in the store . I had my passport picture done. They experts at the whole process. They were fast and efficient. I wish I had employees like them at my business. I were happy to be there helping other . The world needs more people like them .

Kayla is truly the sweetest & always makes my returns stress free. She is patient, efficient, and genuinely so kind every time I come in. She always looks so put together, & her nails are always fabulous! I notice them every time. Big thank you to her and the rest of the team for always creating such a pleasant experience. Life has been hectic lately, but I really wanted to make sure she knew how much her kindness and great customer service are appreciated & that I did not forget to leave the review she deserves. 💕 💅
