The staff here are incredibly organized. The store often has music and seems like a fun place to work, but don't let it fool you. These employees are efficient, competent, and just generally know their stuff. We've been dealing with some issues requiring us print, notarize, send, and even laminate lots of documents over the course of the past week. The staff have been helpful throughout. I couldn't ask for a better store.

I stopped by a few weeks ago to pick up a printed item, and Shay was amazing from start to finish. Even though it was a last-minute request, she immediately paused what she was working on to help me. She was professional, kind, and made sure everything was printed correctly. She even asked questions to confirm the quality was exactly what I needed. It’s rare to receive that level of customer service, especially on short notice. After reading other positive reviews about her, it’s clear she consistently provides the same great experience to all her customers. Shay truly deserves a raise or promotion!

Always friendly and helpful service. When it gets busy and there's a long line, the crew lets customers know there are things they can do, depending on their needs, to speed up their wait (email the store their shipping label) or eliminate it all together (Amazon package dropoff).

LOOK UP. STAND BEHIND the sign that says to wait here unless you want to be yelled at by the harried thing standing behind the counter who wants to make your day as bad as hers. Even if you're just standing behind the person in front of you. That was just today's experience. A good reminder to go to a different UPS franchise where people know how to be nice. SMH.

The manager at the Mueller location named Jules was so helpful when I had to print a label for my package. I thought that maybe he would instruct me to go figure it out on my own and get back in line but he offered to help me and did not seem annoyed or irritated doing so. I wish there were more people in the world that would be willing to help one another.
