I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store. It felt very fresh and welcoming. The customer service agents, Gabriella and Julian were very helpful and attentive to all the customers in the store. The two of them worked very well together, bringing positive energy to the space. Thank yiu Gabriella and Julian for your outstanding service.

Another *TERRIBLE* experience at this location - why do I even come to this location? Wish I could rate it 0 stars. The one employee in the store is always grumpy, if not downright rude. The store is a disorganized mess - he has returns everywhere (see pic)… so don’t be shocked if your return gets lost after you drop it off. The owner(s) should have installed an Amazon return kiosk a LONG time ago, but obviously they don’t care about the customer experience because they hired this rude guy.

Sailor rocks! Very helpful! The new team at this location is light years better than the last! My faith in UPS is restored! No longer need to waist my time at FedEx across the street!

While processing returns, I politely asked whether another staff member could assist customers waiting in a long line. The employee, Tonya, responded by ordering me to leave the store and threatening to call the police. I did not raise my voice or behave aggressively. The employee was attending to non-customer tasks at the time. Ejecting a paying customer and threatening law enforcement without cause is unacceptable and damaging to the UPS Store brand. I am requesting owner review and confirmation of corrective action. And, I'm sure that when she began her job, TONYA was an excellent employee. But she has clearly gotten too comfortable in the role and is now abusing her power. The young man who processes the packages, however, is an excellent employee and always a pleasure to interact with. ⸻ UPDATE: I have already submitted a formal complaint via email and to UPS corporate offices. Corporate representatives assured me this incident would be handled and confirmed that the behavior described does not represent UPS standards. For context, I have been a regular customer of this neighborhood UPS Store for over 10 years, with hundreds of visits. During this incident, a new individual, whom I understand may be associated with a recent acquisition of the store, informed me that I was “no longer allowed to enter her store,” despite my calm demeanor and longstanding customer history. This statement was made publicly, causing several customers to leave the store in visible discomfort and astonishment. This is not “her” store. It is a neighborhood store that I have supported for over a decade. The conduct was inappropriate, unwarranted, and entirely unacceptable. As a customer who visits this location multiple times per week, I am requesting reassurance from the owner of this establishment that appropriate corrective action has been taken and that I will not be placed in another uncomfortable or hostile situation upon returning. At this time, I do not feel comfortable coming back without confirmation that this issue has been addressed..

This has got to be the slowest, least efficient UPS store ever. There is always a line for no reason. It takes FOREVER to drop off a package (packaged up with a label already even!). And it seems like the people mailing packages here have all never been to a post office or ship center before and don’t know what to make of the experience. But somehow there are always many people working and they are equally confused about the experience.
