Chelsea 9 months agoHorrible customer service. I went in today to drop off a prepaid package. Wasn’t sure how to do this so I stood in line to ask a couple questions to ensure my box was packaged correctly. A woman working the front desk called me forward but had 0 interest in kindly helping me. She told me multiple times I should take it to the post office, but I mentioned to her it’s after their working hours which is why I brought it to UPS. After she “assisted” me with the sticker for my label, she directed me to place it in their outgoing bin which I did without saying a word and proceeded to exit the store. As I walked out, I overheard her say “why are you so angry” with other customers nearby, when in reality she brought the negative energy and anger to our interaction. Being treated this way by a front desk employee of any store is unacceptable. I simply didn’t know how to send a package with a prepaid label, waited my turn in line to ask questions and understand what I needed to do. I did what any human being would do when they don’t know what to do. You cannot allow customer facing employees to behave and speak to people this way. I will not return to this location and absolutely do not recommend to anyone.
Gug9000 6 months agoThey ave usually beed quick, helpful and efficient. Once they insisted on charging me more than their published price for shredding. I paid it but otherwise good service.
Joseph F 10 months agoCourtney is amazing!!! I love how UPS is providing a lot of autonomous drop off, it gives the staff the ability to expertly handle the other services they offer. I went in this morning right at open. Courtney had an easygoing vibe and a let’s figure it out together attitude. I was able to get two documents faxed and one of them notarized within 15 minutes. I forgot that I needed to add a document to it and during the flow of everything, she swiftly provided me a QR code printed the additional document so that I could add it. Expertly efficient, you can’t ask for nothing more.
Alex Dominguez a year agoOk so as I’m reading the reviews of this location I’m happy to hear I am not the only one to experience the rude older lady at the front desk. Let me start off by saying I have been to this location before and a younger gentleman help me return a whole gaming desktop for my job, it was fabulous. I went today was helped by this older lady with glasses and long brown/grey hair… it was a NIGHTMARE. I was there to return a AT&T extender, these returns are meant to be fast and simple. LITTLE TO NO CONTACT with the UPS people, so to say she exchanged such rude comments during this transaction is wild. She asked me if it was a “Charter Router” and I misheard and agreed and once she saw it wasn’t she tried to call me out in front of the line of customers asking why did I say it was a charter router when it wasn’t. Her goal was to just embarrass me for an honest tiny miscommunication. I replied “oh I misheard you! Accidents happen” she then stopped the transaction and said “you don’t think I know accidents happen? Oh really I had no idea! Wow”. This is the attitude I had to deal with a simple drop off causing the whole process to be 10 minutes extra. I didn’t wanna feel like I’m being executed on the spot for the sake of a router. Before my transaction she also treated another customer a head of me like he was an idiot just because he had an accent of some sort. So unbelievable they need to do something about her attitude!
Justin Hand a year agoMary may be the rudest customer experience situation I’ve encountered in years. Had four returns and she kept making comments like “he isn’t even ready” and threw a plastic bag at me and said - here is for you to put your stuff in… then told me I didn’t do it right, despite that being something that the store employees are supposed to do for no box / no label returns.
