Just fyi I parked at Kesos dropped off a package took 2 secs and then was going to eat at Kesos and there was a boot on my car! They made me pay $100 even though I was walking to Kesos to order! Be careful they said even if I stepped off to get a piece of paper flowing away I’d get a boot! Never eating at a Kesos again! The people that work at this UPS are super sweet btw! Forget Kesos with the guy sitting in the parking lot ready to boot everyone! Even if you are eating there!

The gals that helped me were so friendly and patient and realized I was very stressed. They made everything easier and gave me good shipping advice that I wouldn’t have thought of! I was very thankful!

Julissa has a lazy, energy gorging way of holding up a simple print job. I had no issue with paying throughout. She turned it into a wait and tried to get sympathy for printing 11"x17"(I didn't care what size she printed). I know I look like the jerk writing a review, but her attitude is a problem. She created a line behind me and inserted her unhappiness into my evening. I saw laziness at this UPS store tonight.

They went above and beyond to help get documents notarised and when they needed an expert they even went and got one from a different office. Some of the best service I’ve seen.

This location has the best, most efficient staff of any UPS or competitor location. They always greet me, regardless of if there are others in there. They are very friendly, approachable, helpful, and grateful for my business. It's a challenging location, but I always manage to get lucky with parking, and am greeted with smiles and assistance.
