I had a fantastic experience at the UPS Store on 2407 S Congress Ave, Ste E, in Austin. Michael and his colleague were incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. Ann and Michael made a routine trip to the UPS Store way better than expected. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, attentive, and clearly knew what they were doing. They handled my shipment quickly but didn’t cut corners—everything was double-checked and explained in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was their attitude. They were upbeat, patient with questions, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping people. It’s not often you notice customer service in a place like this, but they made it memorable. I’d go out of my way to return to this location because of them.

Of all the Fedex/UPS/USPS locations I’ve been to, the people working when I visited this Sunday afternoon were the least helpful people. I needed help with their computers/printing and I would’ve been better off asking a rando in line for help. A guy asked if he could drop off boxes (I think with a non-UPS label), they said yes, he then brought in a bunch of heavy boxes, waited in line, to be told they will only take 3 of them. I would recommend going to other locations to ship your things.

The employees here are so kind and helpful. They don’t have a DIY Amazon return kiosk, so I always feel bad if I have a handful of returns. I do come prepared with codes ready to go, but they’ve never acted like it was a burden and the conversations while doing the returns are always great. Ann is delightful, funny and makes a chore a bit easier.

I had a great experience at this UPS Store thanks to Michael and Ann. They were both extremely helpful, professional, and efficient. Michael made the process smooth and explained everything clearly, while Ann was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. It’s rare to find customer service this consistent and welcoming. They made what could have been a stressful task very easy. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them. Highly recommend this location!
