Dropping of Amazon returned item was a breeze. You can scan in your item urself and leave on table. No need to stand in line.

She wouldn’t give me 6” worth of tape lol… They were already going to win on the shipping, but wanted me to buy a whole roll of tape. Not likely….. I won’t forget

the cashier said UPS was down when I arrived. dont know how frequent that is or why that even happens

This location has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Consistency and empathy is the key. I have been here several times and never had a negative experience with other staff but there is an employee by the name of Jay who has always went above and beyond regardless of the situation, day, busy day or slow day of service. This guy has been consistent. Shows leadership skills if not promoted should be! UPS you hit the lottery with this one! Not only is he good at what he does it appears effortless and he wants to help. It might not be much to others but I genuinely APPRECIATE the concern, consistency, and professionslism of this employee. ALWAYS 💯! A great example to all! UPS Jay raised the bar for any future employees. Please keep people like him employed and motivated to continue doing what they do! Thank you!
