Called the store prior to arriving to confirm they were able to ship my phone that I was trading in. The associate I spoke to wasnt sure of the answer so he placed me on a brief hold to confirm the answer with a co-worker. He returned to the phone with the information as requested and I came into the store briefly after and was able to ship the phone without any issues. If I ever need any thing shipped via UPS again I will come to this location, it is worth the 20 minute drive for me for excellent customer service!

Easy access from Mockingbird and Greenville. Parking in front or in garage. Entry doors from both garage side and parking lot. Friendly employees. UPS, Amazon, and USPS drop off. Clean and courteous.

I came into the store today with a prepaid label printed out, but needed my box Taped shut. The man working behind the counter refused to tape the box shot in front of me but scanned in my label. Is this store trying to commit package fraud? Because that’s what it felt like. I have been to hundreds of UPS stores and never experienced this before and I won’t be returning to this location.

Awww man….I stopped in here on a rainy day to get a little business assistance. Hunter-You Da Real MVP!!! The transaction was seamless and the customer service was superb! It was not busy, the customers were getting in the way and out the way. I had no issues and just appreciate the level of professionalism provided during the visit! Thanks again!

They are a low volume store. Can’t handle a lot of packages even if they have labels already that just need to be scanned in. White guy always makes it very complicated every time he is there. All of the other staff is always friendly and just scans everything making the process smooth.
