I came into this UPS Store at McKinney av , to return an Amazon package, and Johnny made the entire experience genuinely pleasant. He was incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and helpful with every customer the whole time I was there. Always smiling and carrying such positive energy. It honestly reminded me how much a good attitude can brighten someone else’s day. Thank you, Johnny, for your amazing service and for spreading happiness so naturally. 📦🤎💛

Johnny and Mike gave me some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. They were super helpful, incredibly nice, and even had me laughing with their comedy while they got everything taken care of. They made a boring errand feel fun and treated me like a VIP. If you go to UPS Uptown Dallas, ask for Johnny or Mike — you’ll leave in a better mood than you came in with!

I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for years and really appreciate their consistently excellent service. The staff are all familiar faces who handle my requests quickly and efficiently. They also suggest options that help me make the most cost-effective decisions. They’re attentive, reliable, and I’ve never had any issues with my packages. Even during busy times, they stay upbeat and bring great energy.
