Adreyan is always so sooo helpful and welcoming, and he greets everyone with such a genuine smile and I love that! He’s truly friendly with every single person who walks in, and you can tell he really cares. Ever since I found this UPS Store near my house, I haven’t gone anywhere else. It’s my go to! The service in general is always great, and it just feels good to come here. Highly recommend!

Guillermo didn’t have to help me unload a mini-fridge but he insisted and even offered to help package the item. Jared, like Guillermo, also goes above and beyond his duties, and that is why I don’t mind driving a little further to come to this location — you can’t beat the customer service here! All the employees are great! Thank you gentlemen!! :D

Went into The UPS Store today to ship my items to my new home 1600 miles away and Adreyn and Jared made the entire process super easy and stress free for me. Jared gave me some words of encouragement and was so welcoming! Always a great experience when I come into this location

I'm respectfully replying to any negative reviews. Jared and his staff have been amazing, and I've been their customer for almost 2 years now, even before I moved from out of state into Dallas. I have residency in Nevada concurrently now, but my business mailbox is still with this store. The staff still provides great service, and I can see why they get extremely busy at times.
