Can't think of enough accolades for Ryan and his team! The turn around time for all my print jobs was incredibly fast and the quality was absolute perfection. You can tell they care about customer satisfaction. Even when the store is full, whoever is helping you gives you their full attention. You never feel rushed. I can't wait to have another event to work on so I can go to Ryan and his team for their help with printing.

We have a lot of businesses open and close in Bishop Arts and most don’t make that much of a difference to my life either way. Not so for this UPS store. They keep hours convenient to busy working people (ie open Sunday) and though they are high volume someone will get you in and out fast. For most things I use it for (Amazon returns, clothing rental returns) I don’t even have to talk to a person. Not that every person working there isn’t totally sweet; they are! Plus the store has personality- dog treats, that kinda thing -and you can tell the franchise owner really puts in the work to make it a good smoothly operating biz.

I shipped several packages across the country from this location. The staff were kind and courteous and the service was fast. Unfortunately, one of my packages was damaged in shipment. UPS solved the issue by paying the claim immediately. When we had a bit of a snafu due to a problem on our part, the manager and the claims department were very helpful and kept in touch with us until we found our error. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

So glad to have this store in Oak Cliff/Bishop Arts! I always have a great experience when shipping items and love the Amazon kiosk when returning Amazon packages (makes it super easy to get in and out quick). I usually chat with the owner, Ryan, and he’s so nice. The other associates have always been nice and helpful too. Having this location here has lead me to pick UPS for all my returns and when sending out other packages. They also always have the little dum-dums lollipops which is a plus LOL

Don't leave anything important at this location. I dropped off a box with many important items due to me reloctiong and not only did the box not arrive but it hasn't shown any movement from the store since. I will never deal with UPS again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
