I see there’s a lot of negative reviews so here’s my positive one: I needed a very fragile portrait to be mailed. I have zero clue on how to make sure it’s wrapped properly and protected but Wray Brown was very helpful/patient with answering all of my questions and assuring me that it would be mailed well. I just got notice that my friends received it in good shape. Big thanks to Wray.

The folks who work behind the counter especially Joseph who has helped me many time is simply outstanding. He is always ready to help and is very patient. They make using the ups store on Lovers Lane in Dallas a delight.

Joseph was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Really appreciated his attention to detail. Darius was equally professional and provided great customer service despite a busy environment. Highly recommend!

8:20am and doors still locked. Store opens at 8am. Second time I’ve experienced this in a month, hence the review. 5 customers waiting.

I’ve been meaning to post this review for a while now. I witnessed an outstanding lady named Tiffanie a while back handle a difficult customer with amazing professionalism. She took the time to listen, stayed calm, and worked patiently to resolve the issue. By the end of the conversation, the customer left happy and satisfied. Tiffanie went above and beyond, turning a negative experience into a positive one with her exceptional care and attention which is why I continue to use the UPS store.
