I cannot say enough good things about this UPS store! We had to ship two delicate paintings to Maryland, went to two other shipping places that really didn't know how to do it before coming here. The owner (a very kind woman) was working the desk and was simply wonderful, explained how she'd pack them, even promised to wait on shipping if the truck looked too full after a long weekend. Pictures arrived at destination in perfect condition, having been expertly wrapped. And the price was very reasonable for the service we received!

BEST UPS STORE IN DALLAS TEXAS! Gina was super helpful and nice. She coordinated an overnight delivery we urgently needed. Earlier in the week, I also had a great experience with another employee who really looked out for me while I was shopping from my phone, helping me take photos of receipts and everything. Overall, this is the best UPS Store in Dallas and they’ve genuinely made the company shine in a new light for me.

If every business in the country worked with a staff as friendly as the staff here, it would change how we lived. Every time I come here they are incredibly helpful and patient. Easily the best UPS store in America.

Upon arriving at this location at 6:28 p.m., I was surprised to find the doors already locked and the attendants inside seemingly oblivious to my presence. If a specific closing time is set, it is imperative to adhere to it, as closing duties necessitate the timely closure of the establishment.

Do not trust this location! I have been dropping packages off for my business at the Caruth location for years, NEVER AN ISSUE! Decided to try a different UPS and my items were stolen from this location. The items were stolen out of the packages and remaining items were repackaged in a different box. Luckily, I have loyal customers who sent me pictures of their box when it arrived. UNBELIEVABLE. You can visibly see where they used a different box and retapped it HORRIBLY!
