UPS you need to fire this person very ignorant. We came 6:40 and the door already closed and the sign says close 7pm. I tried to ask, but she totally ignoring us. We were several customers outside. Ups do better.

Standards have dropped since the new management took over. I visited twice recently and experienced poor customer service both times from the owner, Sam, and another female employee. It is disappointing to see a place lose its customer value, and I will seek shipping assistance elsewhere.

I had to get a document notarized while alone with my toddler. The gentlemen who worked there were extremely patient, helpful and fast. My son was being rambunctious and they helped distract him while I had to sign things. Very helpful and kind!

I recently moved into the neighborhood and open a mailbox at this location after having some packages stolen from my porch. I really appreciate having a secure location for deliveries and the staff the staff here is always friendly and helpful!

Staff is very rude. The employee didn’t want to scan the label and told me I had to pay 2 dollars for a simple label. I emailed it to him and it wasn’t opening. So we left to another location and they were nice and didn’t charge me.
