I always have a great experience at this UPS location. Armando and staff are consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful. They take the time to answer questions and make sure everything is handled correctly, which I really appreciate. It’s clear they care about providing good customer service. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing shipping or printing services!

This store is by far THE BEST in the area and maybe in the country that I've been too. Glen, Maria, and the whole staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and most of all very patient! They have helped me with numerous projects and have taken the time to make sure everything is done correct and on time! I used to live right around the corner which made it super easy to stop by, but now even living 20 minutes away, I make the drive because I know they wil get the job done!! They print anything from labels to business cards and do the best job! So lucky to have them :)

This location is by far the best UPS I have ever been to! I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come here. Glen, Maria, Karen, + the whole staff as well as the owner Rick do incredible work and are VERY patient! Every time I walk in here I leave with a smile on my face! Their printing service is 10/10 amazing, everything I have for my small business I get from them! Banners, table runners, custom labels, flyers, business cards, you name it, they do it!

First, this UPS Store is FANTASTIC! They blow UPS Store 3812 out of the water. Totally night and day. Karen and Arlette helped me today and it was like I have my own personal concierge service. These ladies have made me a UPS Store 5254 customer for life. THANK YOU, LADIES! Y’all ROCK!!!!!

Karen and Arlette are UPS Superstars! I left a long review a minute ago, but it didn’t post, so I’m redoing it! :/ This UPS Store blows Store 3812 (Oak Lawn Ave.) out of the water! These two ladies helped me with a somewhat difficult return and they worked as a team and got it handled without blinking an eye. They have made me 4848 Lemmon Ave. UPS Store customers for LIFE! THANK YOU TO THE OWNER AND most importantly to KAREN AND ARLETTE!
