Today I visited this location and my initial experience was positive — the receptionist was friendly and helped me with a shipping quote. Since English is not my first language, I misunderstood the final price. To make sure, I confirmed the amount with her twice, and both times she agreed with the figure I repeated back to her. It wasn’t until I saw $500 on the screen that I realized there had been a miscommunication. I politely apologized and let her know I needed to cancel the shipment. That’s when her attitude completely changed. She raised her voice and said, “Oh, this is so frustrating” LOUDLY in front of me. I apologized again, but she refused to speak to me for the rest of the interaction, displaying a visibly unprofessional demeanor. The situation escalated to the point where a woman, who appeared to be a supervisor, had to come over and intervene. Canceling a transaction is a normal part of customer service, and no customer should be made to feel embarrassed or uncomfortable for doing so especially when the misunderstanding stemmed from a language barrier that was handled in good faith on my end. Staff representing a company at the front desk should be trained to handle these situations with professionalism and composure. I sincerely hope this feedback leads to meaningful action.

I had a horrible experience at this UPS location and would never recommend it to anyone. The older lady who helped me was extremely rude, unprofessional, and gave me a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in. She raised her voice at me and made completely inappropriate comments that crossed the line, including saying something like, “It sounds like a thief brought this.” That kind of comment is completely unacceptable and made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Instead of helping me professionally, she treated me with hostility and made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. Customer service should never involve yelling, insulting comments, or insulting assumptions. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had, and I will not be returning to this UPS location.

Wes at The UPS Store delivered outstanding customer service! I came in right before closing, and instead of rushing me, he was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful while I dropped off my package. It’s rare to experience that level of care at the end of the day. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!

I had a very unpleasant experience with the notary. While she knows the rules, her attitude is incredibly grudging and unprofessional. I was there with my toddler for a thumbprint notarization, and she made an already difficult task feel nearly impossible with her cold demeanor. I ended up paying twice for smudged prints just to get it over with and leave. If you need a notary who is helpful or patient, especially with a toddler, please do yourself a huge favor and please go elsewhere! I would go to any other ups location even if one just has to ship a package and not encounter that nasty person.

Recently I needed to select a UPS access point to receive a few of my UPS packages 📦 until a couple logistical issues get resolved at my apartment building. It really didn't matter to me which access point I selected so I picked this location as it was the closest option to my apartment.. I've been in this facility twice to pickup my packages and on both occasions I felt like I was intruding on the associates time, definitely not the slightest bit polite. I almost apologized for being a customer and getting in the way of whatever he was doing. Since I have a choice of which access point I select, I've gone back into the UPS app and selected a different access point even though it's further away, just maybe I might be welcomed as a customer. With this economy there's no reason for second chances. You lose.
