Best ups store i have been too. Customer service is always on point, and they don't charge you 2 dollars to print a shipping label like all the other ups stores. Shout out to the guy with the piercings and tattoos.

UPS is the best delivery service above all others. Packages come to the right address, is timely and good service. The Wallingford service guy is awesome! Really like him and provides good instructions. Thank you!

I do all my shipping here over other places in the neighborhood. The staff here are incredibly helpful and kind. I appreciate all the services they have!

I had an amazing experience at this UPS store in Seattle, thanks to an incredibly helpful employee who went above and beyond! I came in needing assistance with a complicated return, and not only did they handle my UPS shipment with care and efficiency, but they also went the extra mile by printing a shipping slip for a completely different company. They didn’t have to do this, yet they took the time to ensure everything was set up perfectly, even though it wasn’t directly part of their job. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with my situation truly made my day. Customer service like this is rare, and it’s employees like them that make this store exceptional. Highly recommend coming here for any shipping needs!
