I am a regular customer and am treated like one. I am welcomed with a smile by the staff each time I'm in. A number of the employees even know the particulars of my account off the top of their heads. I feel like I am working with a partner for my shipping needs. I trust them implicitly and feel fortunate to be working with them.

I shipped a package on 2/2 and got there right at closing, even a minute or two after close as I didn’t realize they were only open until 630pm. The staff, especially Margie, shipped my package anyway and did so with patience and kindness. They definitely could’ve turned me away and they were in the middle of closing up, and they still helped me and did so with a smile. I sincerely appreciated their friendliness and the experience and I will be back. Great staff. Thanks again.

I moved to Seattle about six months ago and I’m really glad I picked this UPS Store for my “homebase“. Everybody is super friendly. Especially Ben. Always welcoming and made me feel right at home after moving from so far away. Lots of UPS stores to pick but this is a good one. Thanks, Ben!

This UPS location is my favorite one of all time. They're very friendly, there's hardly ever a line, they're really fast, and they always have capacity for my shredding. I specifically go out of my way to use this location for packages and shredding.

The store refused to provide me with a UPS Express document envelope for a Worldwide Saver shipment, which is a 1-3 day express shipment and qualifies for an Express envelope (which I confirmed directly with UPS). Either the staff wasn't well trained, or they were intentionally trying to force to me to buy their shipping materials instead of using UPS's free supplies. The staff member was also unhelpful and abrasive.
