Would not take my package return for Amazon because they are a franchise store Edit response to owner: the package was adequately covered, the UPS store in Wallingford was very helpful and took it as is, just needed the label taped on. I'm disappointed with the customer service at this location and will not be back. Every other UPS location has always been willing to help, i was shocked at the abrasion at this location. If your thinking of coming to this location i would highly recommend any other one in the area because this one created problems out of nothing!

Very patient workers here. I took loads of returns and the workers were still very polite and patient. Definitely best experience of any UPS so far.

I have been a box customer here for 3 years. Kevin (“the Asian guy”) is direct and forward, not rude. He is very helpful when you need him, is always patient with me even when I have a ton of returns or come in 5 minutes before closing. He’s even walked stuff out to my car before. The Amazon kiosk and drop off makes returns easy. If you ask for help, one of the employees will help you. There’s street parking in the front. I think a lot of these reviews are misunderstandings. I’m nice to them so all the UPS employees are nice and helpful to me. Simple reciprocity.

The folks here went above and beyond even post their working hours were done to help us ship an important document out! Haven't seen such a level of commitment from any other place before. Huge thanks!
