I had a package that wasn't going to end up getting delivered. I called customer service a few times and they said they would call me back but didn't and it seemed like they told me that to get me to go away. I was very upset and I called this store and spoke to Evan, one of the managers in the area, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was so patient, kind, and understanding and an absolute asset to UPS. I am sure if they are smart UPS is paying him what he is worth. People like Evan are what make the world a good place to live in and any company would be beyond lucky to have him on their side.

I’ve been using this UPS Store as my primary mailing address for a while now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team here. From day one, everyone has been incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating, especially Keith… he’s the best…. Literally he sees us walk in and is on it. They learned my name quickly, always greet me with a smile, and go out of their way to make everything seamless and always helpful if I need them to check my mailbox and forward or ship something to me out of state they are quick and give me good options. It sounds simple, but it genuinely feels like they care, and that makes a huge difference in this day and age.

I visited the store on the 16th, and it was extremely crowded, yet there was only one employee. Despite the high volume of customers, the service was incredibly fast and the employee was very kind. I think the store should reconsider leaving employees unattended during peak hours. Saul provided excellent service and is truly the best.

Polite employees, really nice people. They stopped allowing the employees to print labels for you for free and now its $2 for 1 page. A 8x8x8 box is $9. What are we doing here?

Waited at this location for 20 minutes at opening while the store remained empty with no workers. They’re supposed to open at 10am according to the sign on the door, the website, and Google Maps. There was a line of 8 folks just waiting. I had to leave eventually for another commitment, hoping this was an emergency situation and not common occurrence. Update: It’s 11:42 and still no one at the store, nor any signs to indicate that the hours changed or that it’s closed.
