Della was amazing! Even though the UPS Store was very busy and she was working alone, she still managed everything professionally and efficiently. I came in for a notary service, and she helped me quickly while multitasking and keeping up with the fast pace. She was friendly, patient, and provided excellent customer service. Thank you, Della, for your hard work and dedication! Highly recommended.

Delia is AWESOME at her job. She handles customers needs efficiently and she always has a great attitude while doing so. UPS/ALL EMPLOYERS need people like Delia. Good customer service & taking pride in your work is a dying thing but Delia reminds me that there are still people who take pride in whatever it is they do. Stay solid in your ways Delia because your on point. Oh, and a side note she's also beautiful 😎

Delia has the best customer service. She is welcoming and pleasant to all the customers every time I've been to the store. Her patience, professionalism, and positive disposition really makes a huge difference when going to ship anything. I know I'll be taken care of. She is top tier.

Delia is manager material. Very polite. Very proffesional. She assited me in my needs all while taking customer after customer on a busy friday. Promote that lady. You dont wanna lose good people. I havent been impressed by customer service like that in a long time.

Had to get a couple things notarized and called ahead of time to make sure someone was there. We arrived and Delia was working alone at the time. Not quite sure how she did it but she was servicing us and two other individuals at the same time, just moving the line along. I was very impressed with her demeanor, her friendliness, and her efficiency! UPS has a true gem with this employee!
