I love this store. Owner & staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and consistent. Delivery is prompt and dependable. Wait time is always reasonable, even during the holiday season. I appreciate these folks so much!

It's the UPS store, what more can you say about it? This place is solely responsible for handling anything I return on Amazon. Never had a bad time here, or even wait that long. People who run the place don't screw around.

Extremely impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism and attention to detail from the gentleman working there. He kept my package safe and not damaged. He treated everyone equally with respect. Im a business owner and seriously impressed. Homeboy needs a raise!

How in 2026 in the middle of the 🏜 90 degree weather. An associate being agitated about the inquiry into the use of a power outlet. I feel that humanity is missing elements. What is this Power Struggle, Be Kind , Take Time. Is this the conversation to be passed on? "NO POWER FOR YOU"

Requested printing Called to confirm it would be ready with 3hrs notice Needing to file emergency custody order before the weekend Show up 15 mins after requested time approved Nothing was printed Printed 1 set then made copies I paid and raced to the courthouse trying to complete while on my lunch hour When the guy made copies he darkened the photos can't see what was needed And missing a picture and the most critical page. Couldn't file and it's the weekend now. Putting my child in danger. When I went to pickup the correct documents the owner acted like he did me a favor by not charging me for 8 pages that he screwed up in the first place The arrogance and lack of empathy for the situation this company has caused my family You had 1 job
