Tammy Hearon 2 months agoI don’t usually write reviews but I received such exceptional service that I thought it was important to share. I wish I could give 10 stars! The customer experience I had from this location was amazing! One of my Amazon returns got mixed up with some other return returns and left at the UPS store. As a result, it didn’t have a shipping tag. The owner of the store personally came to my home to get the shipping information so my package didn’t get lost. There are no words to describe my surprise of this remarkable act of customer service. In addition to this one very special situation, every time I go into the store, I’ve had great service.
Brittany O'Brien a month agoI wanted to leave a review for the UPS employee I believe was named Ashwin. While I was there, a customer was yelling at him and giving him a hard time for at least 15 minutes, even though he was simply doing his job and explaining that he could not hand over someone else’s mail to a person who was not authorized to receive it… which should honestly be basic common sense. Despite the situation, he remained incredibly calm, patient, and professional the entire time. On top of that, a line of about six people formed, and he still handled everything efficiently and with a great attitude. It’s not easy dealing with difficult customers while keeping your composure, and he handled it with ease and professionalism. Employees like him deserve recognition!!!
Joe Iannarone 3 months agoI had a package being delivered and it required a signature. I paid the $7.99 to have the package held at this store for pickup. When the store received the package, they returned it to the sender less than 4 hours later. Now I have to contact the shipper and ask them to reship my items. The store offered absolutely no assistance. UPS customer service number wouldn't help either besides also telling me to contact the shipper and request a re send.
Virgil Hammond 6 months agoNot a good experience and would not go back unless I wanted to get further explanation. So, I’m in line 15 minutes before close expecting to do a normal drop off. The lady in front of me had to do returns with a full bag of items. He scanned and did whatever they needed to do for that process. I’m up next, the worker (red hair male and glasses) asked if I was dropping off and I said yes. He said he could take the package but I could not get a receipt. It didn’t make sense to me but since he took maybe 3-4 minutes helping the lady that maybe they are about to shut down and my package is going to be one of the last taken for the day given the time even though there is still a line behind me. I give him the package and say fine because I wanted to get the package out and again, figured either people behind me would get the same treatment or told to comeback due to time. I get to my vehicle and as I’m about to leave, the man who was behind me in line walks out with a receipt for his drop off. So then I wait a few minutes to see if anyone else was going to walk out with one and sure enough everyone who was behind me or that walked in 2-3 minutes before close all got a receipt. Not cool at all and again I wasn’t given any explanation, but everyone other than myself was given the proper treatment for the drop off process and given the receipt they needed when dropping off the package. Completely not alright. Much as I could have asked why could I not get my receipt? There should have been an explanation, but at this point given all the people after me got one and he did the complete process for them I can only assume it was due to laziness or because it was almost closing time he didn’t want to but then proceeded to do it for everyone else and again, I was in line 15 minutes before close and there were people that I witnessed walk in 3 minutes before close and all walked out with a receipt. Did not catch his name but as stated he was a red hair male with glasses and I’m extremely disappointed that I had to feel singled out and not being helped/treated properly but everyone behind me or others that were pushing closing time were all helped and treated properly and walked out with receipts.
Brittany Crawford 6 months agoCame here on December 31 at 12 PM needing assistance with learning how to create a shipping label so that I could email it to the hotel where an item my child left was at. The young girl when I first walked in I asked her if she could help me do this because I’ve never done it before and she said honestly I wouldn’t know you just have to go to the website and they said OK. Can you navigate me through where to go on the website? In which she replied, honestly I have no clue. The young man came from the back and said well you need to know the shipping items wait in dimensions is it OK? I have all that information in which he replied then you need to just go to the website. I said OK I understand that can you navigate me on how to get there so that I don’t mess this up? I’ve never done it before in which he replied that he also had no idea and then they both stopped interacting with me to help the person who had barely walked through the door while I was in the middle of talking to them, so I turned around and walked out and asked what the point of their job was if they couldn’t answer simple questions about their own website or have any type of customer service skills regarding someone who’s never had to do this type of thing before. I get it. It’s not rocket science, but I don’t wanna mess this up and waste my money. I would appreciate better customer service skills. This is why people often into doing things online to begin with to avoid interactions from kids who don’t wanna freaking be helpful. Like they could simply just not be bothered to look at the website with me. Which ps I still haven’t figured it out and will not be reaching out to customer support instead. What a total waste of gas and time. :( I’d like to also add that I was the only person in the store during the entire interaction and the gentleman that walked in that they stop talking to me to go help had come in at the very end of the interaction and didn’t even see what happened, but they immediately stopped Acknowledging me, looked past me to help the person who walked through the door instead of continuing to try and be helpful. I typically never make reviews like this, but I’m just so turned off by the situation. Not cool.
