Scott went above and beyond assisting my wife and I with our passport photos and documentation. Very, very nice guy who may have raised the bar for customer service expectations!!! If we ever need the services of a UPS Store again, we are going straight to his!! Thank you very much, Scott!!

Wow, I don't know what we would have done without the expert assistance of Karsen to explain how to use the kiosk for ID verification. My brother is visually impaired which made it even more difficult. Karsen was so patient with all of our questions and even brought a chair over for my brother. He deserves recognition for being such a stellar employee.

Best place for Amazon returns, you don't need a label or box. These folks are next level efficient and so do friendly and helpful. I was overwhelmed today as I was doing a return for a family member and had an email and needed a label they were so helpful totally destressed me....I love that when they make it easier for me. I'm old and not very techie. Haha....I absolutely would use these folks over any other mail facility!!! Thank you for making my day. Hope you have s lovely day. Love you all. I just want say Kerin at store 6945 made my experience the absolute best I’ve I have in long time, I came in with two purchase agreements for a home that she helped me organize scan , print and fax. She took great care of me and made it simple . thank you again Kerin your the best. P.s. I will refer all my friends and family to this UPS store . Sincerely Irma Estevane

I went in here to send out some postage paid mail and a return item that only needed a label. I wish I got the woman's name who was helping me but I was juggling a car seat and kid and mail. She begrudgingly took the mail and said "we aren't supposed to take mail meant for USPS but I guess I will this one time" while rolling her eyes....then looked at my return package which was nicely wrapped in the package I received it in and said "that has to be in a different package because it says fashion nova on the bag, I'm not taking it"...at this point I'm just thinking this lady literally hates her job. I asked for my mail back and went to the UPS on Lindsey....they took everything with a smile on their face. I will be going there from now on. *Description of the woman was huskier, older, short very white/silver hair with glasses, maybe 5'6".
