This is the best UPS store I've been too, the employees truly care about providing excellent customer service, shout-out to Evelyn, Josie, Rico, and I their team. I'm missing one...I'm sorry! But all four that day really helped get a important letter sent to an important recipient. I wish them and UPS all the best!

I highly recommend this UPS Store! The customer service is always excellent. The employees are friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Every visit is a positive experience because the staff takes the time to answer questions and make sure everything is handled correctly. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond!

Josie gave me very kind and exceptional customer service. Unlike most employees from other stores, she still helped me send my package eventhough I got inside the store one minute before it was set to close. Josie helped me out and treated me like a human being while having a great attitude and by having a big smile on her face even though I was keeping her from clocking out and going home quicker. From one human being to another, thank you Josie for your help and positive upbeat demeanor. Just based upon how she treated me, I would definitely come here again for any future business I'm going to give a UPS Store. Hopefully I got her name right . Thank you

I absolutely love this store! The employees are always very polite & willing to help. I recently had several Amazon returns and was fortunate enough to have Alexa help me. She did everything she could to help me process my returns. What great customer service from a new employee! I highly recommend this store!

Where do i start except stating in the Red Mountain area this may provide the worst retail-restaurant customer service we have encountered in years. At least this UPS debacle location is consistently pathetic in their level of service and rudeness to their customers. If you go expecting to find a notary, forget about it!!! Each time i have called to ensure the notary person was available and “works till 4pm” this guy either leaves work early, is out to lunch or is nowhere to be found. My neighbors have the same complaints
