This was for my awful experiencing printing at this location. The workers don’t let you look at the print setting dialog. It’s five feet away and you’re not allowed to see the print preview because it’s behind the counter. For my copy I required specific settings that I had to verbalize without being able to see the screen. The first copy came out cut off, they made me pay for it because “I told them to print it that way.” I went home, figured out the setting issue after being able to see the dialog box. I went back to the store and had it reprinted with the correct settings. They wouldn’t budge on the mistake from the first copy and I was made to pay for the full service again. I have printed at places like FedEx or Staples, you are able to directly customize the settings yourself, see it, confirm it. If the print isn’t correct, the company often offers reprints for free or at a discount. Not only is this place stuck in the stone ages but they want to nickel and dime you for $3.25 that they couldn’t take on for not letting customers choose their print settings. Or bring your binoculars I guess.

Took my letter in to be mailed certified with tracking number and it still hasn’t been processed yet by USPS. Over 36 hours later, still no tracking. I called and left a message, then called back and spoke to a worker who said mail goes out at 1pm. Well, yesterday my transaction was at 12:47 and apparently wasn’t given to the USPS driver. I would give them no stars if I could. How inept do you have to be to miss 2 days of mailing my letter?! Do NOT use this place because they aren’t trustworthy and like I said, INEPT!!!

I'm giving this place one star due to the notary, I have a document that uses my nickname and she declined due to my full first name not being used in the document. Per the notary website, it's perfectly fine to accept nicknames. "For example, if the name on the ID reads “Patricia J. Carson” and the name on the document is “Patti Carson,” in most cases the ID should be acceptable — the name “Patti” on the document is a generally accepted shortened version of the full name “Patricia.”"

The service here has always been great! Friendly staff & quick service. After stopping in today I couldn’t get past the horrible smell of the facility & felt awful for the employees who were subject to the stench their entire shift. A new puppy mil opened next door and the smell has made its way into ups. I would highly advise property management to do something about this before it starts to turn customers away.

Employee (woman in her 30s)looked miserable and would rather be anywhere but there. Dismissive, rude and condescending are the best adjectives for her demeanor toward customers. I won’t be back in. She desperately needs coaching on customer service, self-awareness and non-verbal ques, like smiling, open and approachable stance. Sad, hope a manager take the time to coach her for success.
