This used to be a great store and I loved using it because it was so close and staff so friendly. Boy has that ever changed. What started off as a misunderstanding ended with me leaving in frustration. When the discussion got heated with a T-shirt ride young lady with a permanent scowl on her face, I asked for a manager's contract number. I was told she didn't have it. I asked for a name I was told she didn't have one. I asked for a owner's contact info, again she didn't have one and proceeded to walk away and ignore me. Luckily I found the manager's name on a business card but no other contact info. This lady was rude, I wasn't. She made no attempt to be customer friendly. As a result I doubt I'll ever go back. Sad because I routinely ship boxes overseas for a major corporation so I guess I'm be using FedEx from now on and will report this to my corporate office and anyone who asks my opinion. This young person is clearly in the wrong job. 0 stars

I came in on a Friday afternoon and there was only one woman working as it was right before the next shift started and the other employee was on a break. Maria was working both computers, helping customers so quickly and efficiently, it was truly a sight to see. She was kind and friendly, even greeted some customers by name. I had an Amazon return and two documents to notarize and Maria handled both quickly and happily while also greeting each customer who came in and helping as she could while also helping me. Once she was finished with me she was thanking each customer for their patience and you could tell that she meant it. The docs I was having notarized were in regards to my deceased father's estate, something that is still really emotional and difficult. Maria was empathetic and I didn't feel rushed at all. Give this girl a raise!

Very friendly staff. One staff member opened and held the door for me upon my arrival, and another employee processed a shipment for me. He was new and in training but was very professional. I'll be back if the need arises.

On this visit I had multiple packages along with duplicate items and the girl that helped me was so understanding and helpful. I know it took a long time to figure everything out but she still was nice!

I hate to rate this store so low because it’s my go to store but I popped in last night & the desk agent made it seem like I was bothering her. Would not help me get the discounted shipping rates I made online. Said I should have shipped them online then made me feel stupid for going into the store. NEVER had a bad experience here before now I may find a new ups store man I hate that! If you’re in customer service don’t get customer facing jobs if you hate people. 🤷‍♀️
