Have been coming here for 8 years and have the mostly lovely ladies help me each time with no problems and even recognize me when I came inn on on 6.20.26, there was a new lady I have never seen before. She proceeded to say I was not allowed to reuse my mailer bags or Amazon boxes. I told her that I was absolutely allowed too as I send and receive mail the same way all the time. She proceeded to walk to the back to get me bags to purchase, which I did not ask her too. Then said she would not tape my items for free I would have to buy tape. I was in a hurry and the store was about to close. I told her I did not understand what was going on here, as this has never happened to me before. I explained it has never worked this way. She had no answer and tried to help ringing up my items. She cost Me $11 dollars I did not ask to spend but I was in a hurry and it was my last day to ship these items. I believe she was a kind and sweet older women. But I will no longer return to this location until she is trained properly and will not be Using service by her again. It felt more as a sales pitch than a helpful worker which she is there to ship my items not tell me I’m doing it wrong when I have been a seller for 10 years.

I went in to get something laminated that I have had done already six times and they did it without problem This lady didn’t even try. She tried for about a minute and said we can’t do it so I had to just get the whole paper laminated instead of having it shrunk to the size I wanted and then because she printed a copy out to try to make it work and didn’t even use it. She made me pay for printing. I’ve been coming here for decades, and I will never come back to this location. The people that work here are rude and they don’t try to help their customers. Will not be back

Walking into this UPS Store is like stepping into a customer service masterclass taught by the most amazing women in town. They juggle packages, paperwork, and people with superhero-level efficiency—minus the capes but I wouldn’t be surprised if they had some hidden. Anyways! No matter how chaotic the shipping situation is, they handle it with a smile, a solution, and just the right amount of sass to keep things fun. Absolute legends!

Not exactly sure how this place receives anything beyond a 1 star review, just based on customer service alone. One specific gentleman seems like he couldn't possibly hate this job more. And I get, we all have things going on in our personal lives, but this is to an extreme level. Not mention the fact that I came on Wednesday to pre-weigh my packages and find out what the drop of time was for overnight shipping. Only to arrive on Friday, before the cut off time to find out nothing will be overnighted from this location until Monday. Plus, she was the one that helped me on Wednesday so she knew I was there for overnight and waited to tell me once it was time to pay and went through the entire process. Pissed off employees that dont care about customer service starts with management. You may want to evaluate how you operate your business.

This review is for Shannon, you truly are phenomenal, I really appreciate your help. Best customer service I’ve ever had at any store! Thank you for being so knowledgeable and taking the time to train me on my returns for Amazon. lol I’m sure you will remember me as I was just here about 3 mins ago ! Thank you once again!
