I had a great experience with this UPS Store location. They were incredibly easy to work with, professional, and moved quickly to help me meet a tight deadline for our soccer team banner. The quality came out awesome and they made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I really appreciate the customer service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects and recommending them to everyone I know. Highly recommend!

I love this store!!! Super clean and organized, the staff is very friendly as well! I went in to ship out a package and I was having issues with my label and Braulio was very kind and helped to fix and I was able to ship with no problems! Ritz also stepped in to help without hesitation! Super kind staff

Had totally stopped going to all UPS Stores, after a most rude incident at a different UPS Store. The loving, kind, respectful help from that employee at the UPS Store after worship service on yesterday reminded me that we cannot blame an entire entity for a bad experience from a single bad employee! That USP employee at that location on yesterday TRULY blessed my day!

Braulio was kind, patient, and helpful. I had 6 items to return, all with different return codes. I lost service while trying to pull up my last code. He was kind enough to let me know that if I stood by the front door I could get better service. Sure enough, it worked! It’s refreshing to be helped by service representatives who genuinely enjoy helping others. The only thing to be mindful of is that parking is very minimal.

They replied and I witnessed changes with the automatic return kiosk . So I will change my review to five stars. When I went over today, it was a long line for the counter. And the kiosk for Amazon returns was free. So I appreciated that I was able to use the kiosk for my easier return this time. However, for multiple returns yes, the kiosk is much slower. It should NOY be the default for customers to use, especially when there’s nobody in line for the desk. Thank you for training your team better and correcting this. —— This place is under new ownership. They’ve upgraded it, however with Amazon returns even if there are two people there on their phones they make you go to the “kiosk”. Then as you’re struggling at the kiosk five people will come in with the employees and get you in and out of there in a few seconds. They’ll ignore you the entire time too as they are goofing off and won’t even help you or invite you over so they can just finish the return. Terrible training on owners part. You’re paying for the employees already and the new kiosks is not quick enough. I’ll update this review if this is addressed better. But for now, I know that I’ll drive my business elsewhere and I hope everyone else does the same. I’ve witnessed so many frustrated customers already this past week so hoping this will be a wake up call. Including a woman in tears who was so frustrated with the machine because she was scolded the last time she was at this location to use it. Service should always come first no matter what that’s what you’re hired for. Previously if there was a long line the people came out with their phones or opened up another station to get you in and out as possible. The system should have been tested and make it easier next time especially if you have people on their phones barely acknowledging you. Terrrrrible. I was going to post the names of the employees but both of them at two separate times said it.
