Alla J. 3 weeks agoMy experience is very negative generally with UPS. All the packages shipped through UPS get delivered to pick up point instead of home despite the instructions on Amazon web site. We are also locked out of our account and any attempts to change the password wit "forgot the password function" end up with invalid new password. If you have similar issues with UPS give me thumbs up.

Alizeh F 2 years agoNot an access point. I was denied by this location for dropping of a return. EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: return was packaged and taped up. UPS access points should have QR scanners to print labels as per UPS.
