I had to stop by to do a return. Service was amazing and fast. Fabiola was very helpful helping me and guiding me. Fabiola and her coworker( I forgot to get her name ☹️) were super helpful and amazing costumer service. Definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs their services. I would definitely come back if I need their services again. Thank you ladies.

The staff seems nice enough. Every time I have been there, the place is slammed with customers. The problem being that only 2 people are working and if someone requests fingerprinting services, that drops the number down to 1 person working. This was the case both visits I made. Fingerprinting takes time due to people having sweaty hands, etc. Anyways, the wait time was pretty long, but it was obvious that the staff was going as fast as possible. Of course there are always those people who feel they are special and try to get helped without having to wait their turn... they are just too busy to be stuck in line. There is a kiosk available for checking in your package, payment of shipping costs, and printing of postage labels. It seemed to me that the store was attempting to educate customers via the informational display which went over services offered, basic rates, and other helpful topics. Despite the wait, I recommend this place for your shipping needs.

Came here with my sister in law for her notary appt at 930a. We arrived at 915a. The store is not open and their opening time says 830a.

If I could, I would give zero stars. The service from the older gentleman was abysmal; he seemed tired—and it wasn't even 9:30 AM yet! His customer service was terrible; I spoke to him in Spanish, which seemed to annoy him, and then he claimed it wasn't his responsibility to seal the box. I only needed a little bit of tape, but he told me—with a terrible attitude—to go buy some myself. He really ought to quit that job if he doesn't like it. I know I'm supposed to bring the package sealed, but his service attitude was absolutely atrocious.

The customer service rep was outstanding-A+ . He went way beyond. He greeted me at the door and helped me with my box. And, he was very personable and friendly. You don’t get service like that anymore.
