Today my dad and I visited the store at 4750 Almaden Expressway in San Jose. Manger Alexandria and her colleague, Miguel went above and beyond helping my dad and me today. We came in for a notary for a power of attorney and health directive for my dad. Alexandria was professional and kind. She recognized my dad from a previous visit he had, which was welcoming. My dad was emotional when we left, so she came on the other side of the counter to give him a hug. The whole experience today was noted and appreciated. J.F.

My first time coming to this location which is just around the corner from where I live. Great customer service from the start. Came in for a Livescan and Miguel assisted me and was wonderful! He is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and expressed such great service. Thank you all for your hard work!

When I went in the store I was tired from my job in San Jose, Miguel immediately saw me come in and welcomed me to wait a little bit at the standing table they have. I waited and after I got in the line I got my CD’s and DVD’s finally set for shipping and he even packaged them with extra bubble wrap and a nice box. We talked and talked and got everything planned well and I was super happy working with Miguel, give that man a $5 raise please. ~ Yasin

Miguel, the notary public at this UPS location, is professional, patient, and service oriented. He explained the process well. It’s my second time notarizing documents with Miguel and I will definitely return again.

I love love love the self-serve kiosk for returning Amazon items. This store is the only one with this nice setup near my home, so even when the line is long, one of the two kiosks is available with no waiting time. The staff here is super friendly with great customer service. I was assisted by Alex. During Christmas time, there was even a Disney Tangle movie playing in a homemade packaging box, so creative and thoughtful for those waiting in line. Kudos to the management for a well-run store with a great customer service. I hope other stores learn from this store. This is usually indicative of either a great training and treating the staff well. It shows… Even though there is a UPS closer to my house, I defaulted to this one now for any of my shipping needs. The store deserves 5 stars.
