I go to a lot of UPS stores to support my small business. I have to say, that this location is my favorite one to go to. There’s one closer to my house, but the friendly staff and great conversations have me driving the extra mile to see the folks who go the extra mile for my small business each day. One time they stayed late to resolve an international shipping mix up (my bad). They called many places right in front of me to make sure the package was routed to the correct address in Australia. I love this crew. 5 stars!

Rashad & Kenny are wonderful. They know me by name, treat me kindly and always have a smile on their faces. Great customer service here. If only everyone loved their jobs as much as they do. This is my favorite UPS Store and they are not all the same. Thank you, guys!

I went there for return and I had no ideas that I can’t put returned orders together in one box for different orders. The staff there is really kind and helped me process the return in a cheaper solution.

What a refreshing vibe at this UPS store. Interact with the wonderful staff here and you'll know why their reviews are a couple points higher than any other store in the area. I'm going to bring them my business even though they're a little out of the way for me

Helpful employees. I was shipping an oddly shaped object that meant a lot to me across the country. They had to pack it later after I left so I was really worried about it. It ended up arriving in undamaged so I am very happy. It did cost quite a lot though but since it arrived undamaged I am happy to pay the cost
