I thought this Ips store would be a great convenience , being across the street from me . The hours on website and on door are always different. Today they should be open til 3pm but it closed at 1pm . Everyday closes early and opens late . This is not good business

Like going to the DMV except with worse service. Save yourself the trouble and avoid at all costs. They printed out a shipping label and I don’t think they ever even put it on the box. My box went to the wrong location and they can’t even provide what label they attached to the box. Now they gave me a 1800 number which didn’t help. This is the last time I use this store….

This was my third time at this UPS store. I've gone to them for shipping, packaging and printing. Service has always been quick and easy. Today, Jason helped me ship three packages to three different locations. He was patient, kind and well informed on the shipping rates. Thank you Jason!

I've been using this store for about 15 years and never had any problems. I suspect the bad reviews are mainly selection bias. I also recently had some difficulty with a delayed package and they helped me figure out what was going in - they were super helpful and I'm very grateful they took the extra time to help me!
