It's a good UPS store. One concern however...they advertised a 25 dollar price for live scan finger printing, but stated the price was 40 with 'additional fees' which I didn't appreciate. I ended up going to another service location and paid a reasonable price without 'additional fees'. It's a good UPS location though. Maybe they were mistaken about what fees they really needed to charge.

My mom had a PO Box here for a few years. Never over complicated or exhausting lines to deal with. Some heavier traffic days than others like weekends but that’s to be expected. Clean location & decent customer service.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this UPS location. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When they saw that I had large packages, they immediately tried to overcharge me — nearly four times the normal price. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because they assumed I wouldn’t be able to return the items elsewhere. Their attitude was unfriendly, and they showed no willingness to assist or explain the costs properly. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service.

Don’t waste your time drive the extra 5 min and avoid this store cause they gonna waste your time complicating things just to get extra money
