Jennifer at this UPS Store was fantastic. I needed help with printing and notarizing, and she was incredibly patient with me, walking me through everything and making sure it came out exactly right. Her attention to detail really stood out — she clearly cares about doing a good job. Great experience thanks to her! I really appreciate everything she did.

It seems like the staff of this UPS store hates its customers. I've had really had two horrible experiences here 1. Called them and asked if I can come for a photograph. After taking the photograph this guy refused to print because it was 30 seconds above 2. Got the boxes and he asked to purchase a tape ( very strange since other UPS store allowed it ). The tone of answering was like I don't really care and was a perfect robot ( seems like a great case of automation )

Excellent service. Employees here are kind and professional. I worked with both Sandra and Jenn. Both informed, both great personalities who make everyone feel special and welcomed into this UPS store on The Alameda.

Great staff, prompt and friendly. "Shout out" to Jessica for handling a large scanning job efficiently while ensuring that none of the original papers were skipped over. All done for 25% less than the major competitor as well.

The lady at the front was very helpful with the self-check-in kiosk, and the delivery driver, who was on her way out the door, waited for me to finish so she could add my return to her stack. I really appreciated both of their assistance and patience.
